Dr Sarah Wiseman
Friday: 8am-5pm / 11am - 6pm alternative weeks
Sarah completed her registrar attachment at Silverdale Medical in December 2012. Following this, she was offered a position to join the team. Sarah acknowledged this was an opportunity for her to work in a diverse and expanding practice.
Sarah graduated from the University of Auckland, School of Medicine in 2007. She has worked at Auckland, North Shore, Waitakere and Middlemore Hospitals across a range of different disciplines and gaining a wide range of skills along the way.
Sarah’s partner is a primary school teacher and they have two children. Her interests include; spending time with her family, dancing & walking their dog “Rosie”. Sarah is of Maori and English decent and enjoys working with many different cultures.
She enjoys working across a broad spectrum of medical disciplines and working with patients of all ages. Sarah has a particular interest in sexual health, contraception, women’s and children’s health. She is especially passionate about preventative medicine, with a particular focus on smoking cessation and managing chronic diseases. Sarah returns to us for 3 days per week from September 2015.
