Our practice collects and uses your personal information to provide you with healthcare services. This notice explains how we do that in accordance with Information Privacy Principle 3A (IPP3A) under the Privacy Act 2020 and the Health Information Privacy Code 2020.
Now accepting credit card payments online. Alternatively, as always invoices can be paid via direct bank transfer at no additional charge.
Silverdale Medical is now able to take payment over the phone from branded Debit Cards e.g. Visa and also from Credit Cards. No fee is charged for this service.
